The series products of Si3N4A is reaction-sintered Si3N4/SiC high-temperature structural ceramic material with excellent properties such as high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance and self-lubrication. The specific properties of Si3N4A are shown in Table 2.1.
The series products of Si3N4A have a wide range of applications in aerospace, automotive, machinery, petrochemical, metallurgy, building materials, ceramics, power, electronics and other fields. The products include (1) kiln furniture used in the ceramic industry, (2) thermocouple protection tube and heating element protection tube, (3) hot-dip galvanized inner heating radiant tube, zinc pot, compression roller and etc., (4) rising tube, conduit, spiral agitator, stir bar, aluminum flow tanks and etc. used in the aluminum alloy low-pressure casting and die-casting industries; (5) pipes, valves, desulfurization nozzles in the petrochemical industry, (6) crucibles, rolls, transfer rolls, metal heat treatment supports, wear blocks in the alloy industry, and (7) wear-resistant lining materials in the minerals and cement industry.
The Si3N4A product is especially suitable for non-ferrous metals industry, such as aluminum, zinc, copper alloy melting and casting industry. It has not only good thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, but also the properties of acid and alkali corrosion resistance and high temperature resistant metal liquid scour.
